I can’t stand the tomato horn
worm, as they have demolished numerous tomato plants of mine over the years. So
it was a nice surprise to see this wasp pick up a baby horn worm and fly off
with it this afternoon….

I got rid of the rabbit in my garden by spreading guinea pig fur! Had to trim Sammie and it worked. I have an organic garden for Sammie. But over the weekend, my neighbors had a 2+hour firework show. My yard got the fallout. Everything had an orange powder on it, including leaves, some had holes burned in them. I tried to find out info regarding the fallout, I believe it contains toxic chemicals, so much for my organic garden. I have hosed down the garden several times, but I have to say it's disheartening! Which I have a decent crop of green beans and snow peas. Sammie's favorite is the carrot tops, they are long and thick, plenty of them. I am hoping with the rain, it will be mostly washed away. Have you heard anything regarding firework fallout. My neighbors did come over and pick up all of the paper and cardboard debris, 4 men an hour! They also gave me a gift certificate for my Jeep! But I spent so far about 8 hours cleaning everything else out, including the pool. It was a mess! Not what I wanted to do this past weekend.
