Scrambled Farm Eggs (from local farmer) and (fresh cut from my garden) Spinach Breakfast

  1. Use bacon grease to coat frying pan and turn heat to 'low' on stove top
  2. Whisk eggs and fresh  cut spinach together in container
  3. Pour eggs/spinach mix into pan
  4. Toss and stir until texture is right for you
  5. Salt, pepper and eat!
