Accountability Challenge Week 4 Results (week 5 for me)....

Today is my week 5 update of my accountability challenge with Mr. 1500. I’m not going to say much, but I feel like I am on to something this past week. Specifically, I like the way my back and arms are looking but am unimpressed with my stomach progress. No excuses, though, and more to follow.

  1. Interesting results. My next door neighbor just got out of the Navy, has been on many of the things you have discussed trying. His Gymn is a workout room. He does a lot of weight lifting, which can build bulk and weight gain. I use to lift weights in college, more for tone than bulk. Your post made me think of your Grandpa, he was only about 5'6" but at the most weighed 144 pounds, usually was 136. He was thin. Your Aunt Juanita was 5'4" tall and weighed about 124. They both worked hard, but never saw them ever workout. Back then they did a lot of walking. Plus being a,master welder, he worked in a very hot workplace. I didn't know if you knew when the Stewart Methodist Church burned down in 1972, the church bell was damaged. He had it shipped to Detroit and he repaired the bell. It now sits in front of the newly built church. I found out our family is still on the rolls of the church. Only two things remain from the original church, the bell and a child's Sunday School chair that was given to my mother when she was 4 years old. It's been in the family for over 80 years. Last Oct. I asked the new pastor if they would like to have it back. Plan on taking it to them in Oct. at the reunion. Glad your doing well.
